exercise program designed specifically for you in order to help you achieve the
results you want quickly.
We will be soon running beginners courses
to enable new memebers to get into aerobic exercise as a group of people who are
all at the same level.
No fancy designer gear required - a
T-shirt and leggings will do!
Exercise for as long as you want to as often as you want to.

full range resistance weight machines and we do not use free weights apart from
some small hand dumbells for some aerobics activities. |
